The groundbreaking ceremony for the new Nzéla Bola housing development in Lambéré took place on November 20th 2024 in the presence of Gabonese authorities and Issempedjeno NGAKA, General Manager of M&P Gabon.

The project, financed by PID/PIH M&P Gabon, will include the construction of 50 villas, a school, a health clinic, a community center, and a sports area. In parallel with this project, M&P Gabon has also committed to a similar-sized project in the Lambaréné suburb of Mitone.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2026, after 24 months of work.

In line with the Group's ESG roadmap objectives, this initiative concretely demonstrates our commitment to improving living conditions and meeting the essential needs (health, housing, access to energy) of the local population.
