Officialized in 1977 by the United Nations, March 8th is dedicated to women's rights. This day of events around the world serves to celebrate equality and take stock of the situation of women in society.

On this occasion, M&P reaffirms its commitment to and values ​​of equality and diversity.

Our new ESG roadmap is part of this approach by setting significant parity targets within management bodies at headquarters and in our subsidiaries.

The Group's subsidiaries are fully mobilized and are implementing numerous awareness-raising and prevention initiatives. On March 8, 2024, M&P Gabon is honoring its female employees by organizing an "Away Day" to exchange and share ideas with experts on various topics: work, family, social, legal, etc. A dedicated discussion on the role of women in the company is also planned with management and all female employees.

M&P Tanzania also invited its female employees to participate in a seminar on the topics of mental health at work, occupational stress, and work-life balance.
